Rimfire 304 is a very comfortable condo that can sleep up to 4 with a sleeper sofa and a queen murphy bed. The murphy bed also can be closed and then there is a table for 2...or 3. The condo has a living area with fireplace and new couch but also a newer chair and ottoman. It too has a kitchenette with sink, two burner stove, new fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
